I understand that weekends can be short staffed, but if that's the case, the clinic should adjust the number of appointment slots available. I booked a 3:45 PM appointment while feeling very sick, yet I wasn't able to see the doctor until 5:00 PM. If I had known I would be waiting over an hour just to get a prescription, I would have stayed home and rested instead. The time management was extremely poor, and there was no communication about the delay, leaving me sick and waiting with no idea when I would be seen. To make matters worse, I ended up being advised to take over the counter medication that I could have purchased directly from a pharmacy without spending the time and money on the visit. It felt like a complete waste of time and an unnecessary ordeal when I was already feeling miserable.

Thank you so much! Everything was wonderful. I had a very deep cut down to the bone and needed 5 stitches. The doctor was very careful, attentive, and professional. Everything was very clean and sterile. I would also like to especially thank the girls at the front desk — when they saw my situation, they kindly helped me fill out all the paperwork. Overall, everything was excellent. Highly recommend!

The representative named Jaliyah, at the front desk was extremely rude and lazy. I don’t have my glasses with me due to a previous septoplasty so I’m still healing. I normally check in with my phone but couldn’t do so today because my phone number has changed. I asked the representative if she could update it in the system for me, she grabbed the paper application and slammed it on the counter, I told her that I could not read anything on the paper due to not having my glasses. She huffed and puffed saying “well i can’t check you in.” I explained to her my disability and she still refused to assist me. I thought maybe she could change my number in the system for me so I can use my phone to check in, she said that wasn’t possible either, she just sat there and stared at me, and it was very uncomfortable. After constantly asking to speak to a supervisor she finally asked for my old number and changed it in the system. I always visit CityMD, it’s very convenient. However, this is not the one I typically visit, and it was the worst experience I had with this center. I would not recommend it to anyone, it’s not “disability friendly” or accommodating to people that are sick. All the othe

Provider and scribe were kind, empathetic, and professional, but I didn’t receive proper care. I was told there were no X-ray technicians available, which affected their ability to confidently assess and treat my injury. Instead, my finger was simply wrapped and I was sent to the ER. At this point, going to different CityMD locations feels like playing Russian roulette… you never know what level of care or resources you’re going to get. An urgent care center should be prepared to assess and stabilize injuries. Without the proper staff or equipment, it defeats the purpose of going to urgent care. The front desk experience made things worse. I had difficulty hearing the lady in braids, and instead of being accommodating, the staff member was rude and dismissive. There needs to be better accessibility practices in place. Again… while some staff were kind, the lack of preparedness and poor accessibility made this visit disappointing and unhelpful.

Best provider here is Munduy Gagandeep. I wish he could stay at this location. I had a very reassuring peaceful experience and the scribe was extremely helpful and wonderful. Thank you so much. The reason why I gave this a 2,star,only because I never really had a great experience at urgent care, But this PA and scribe were amazing. I appreciate you
